As a point of reference:

0 to 70 ppm total hardness is "Very soft" (allowed for cooling systems)

70 to 125 ppm total hardness is "Soft" (generally "OK" for many but not all cooling systems)

125 to 200 ppm total hardness is "Medium hard"
