Since u-joints working at an angle creates speed fluctuations, for every u-joint angle (i.e. trans output shaft to driveshaft) there must be another u-joint that cancels this speed fluctuation out by "phasing" in input portions 90 degrees apart. This way when ... Login to read more. ![]()
