Engine Noise: Is this the cause?

This truck is here as a result on an engine noise which sounds like a lifter noise, but the noise would not go away unless we removed the rocker arm. We could adjust the lifter on cyl #6 exhaust valve right down to zero lash and beyond without chang... Login to read more.
