Hi Rob, On the 4.3 S series Blazers and P.U. I took a short 5/8-1/2in drive and ground flat spots on 4 sides and a 13/16 wrench fits the flats,the end of the plug sticks out the hole, it works very good for #1 plug on the small block chev with the header tube ... Login to read more.
