I have changed the front cover gasket on a 2000 Explorer & did not pull the pan. I carefully cleaned the oil pan area & resealed it witha light coat of RTV. Vehicle comes in every 6 weeks for fleet inspections & there are no leaks from where I sealed it. I did... Login to read more.
