since what you describe seems imposable. i would swap coils -afermarket + oe to get all coil draws in the 6 amp range ( 13 amps should melt the pcm)+ if it runs well +doesnt set any codes, pray , ship it. tell the customer to come back in 2 weeks for a nc code... Login to read more.
