I bought a low pressure analog gauge for the purpose some twenty five years ago. The high end is 30 PSI. Red line is shown at 7 PSI. If you are at WOT at 2500 to 4000 RPM and 5 PSI I would suppose, mostly from experience, that you are likely OK. Some vehicles ... Login to read more.
