You are right, the system should prime for about 15 seconds when the key is cycled into the run position. The ECM (DME in BMW world) has a KL30 (BATTERY HOT), KL87 (operating power in from the main relay) and KL15 (Ignition in run). The KL15 is the inpu... Login to read more.
