hello fellow techs. above vehicle came in-no start. theft light on- code b1011-passlock short to ground. seemed straight forward, changed passlock cylinder- still no joy. well checked the voltage coming from cluster, sure enough 3 volts fluctuating to 1.5 volt... Login to read more.
