second vehicle with damaged piston
I now have seen this exact same failure twice on these 3.3 engines in chrysler vans. Both have cyl 5 misfires and a knock (sounds like a piston slap). both look like the exact same damage. Upon tear down I found the #5 cylinder scarred and the piston coming ap... Login to read more.
