Not real interested in High Mounted Stop Light, are brake lights operational, is PCM receiving volt at C1-pin 32 L-Bu wire with brakes applied, and does it go lo with brakes off, from fuse 34 in rear fuse box? Does cruise light in IPC illuminate.
