Lewis, a photo might help, but on a wild guess, could it be diesel or bio-fuel? I would think milk would settle to the bottom like water. I've never really looked at a gas/diesel mix, but I've had a few tanks I pumped out due to it. Just never thought to actua... Login to read more.
