This gets weird. I can ground the blue/Or, and The IRCM clicks. ( IRCM is brand new and confirmed right with Ford) and I can power the fuel pump at The IRCM and car will run well. 91 and 92 wiring is different some but fuel pump looks the same. I am about read... Login to read more.
