Some J2534 are capable of programming VIN and odo. I have a Bluestreak iFlash and it can do it.

I don't know if this truck was available with SKIM. If so, make sure that the used PCM comes out of a vehicle with the same option (SKIM or no SKIM). Otherwise yo... Login to read more.
