Patrick, Did you bore the engine oversize when you rebuilt it? If you did how much was honed after boring? You need to hone a minimum of .003" to get to good base material. You said the you measured 1 and 4 tenths (.0014), are you sure it wasn't .014 or 14 tho... Login to read more.
