The starter is PCM controlled. When you turn the ignition switch to start a signal is sent to the PCM and if the PCM likes the conditions (0 rpm and no antitheft) it will engage the starter relay to crank the engine. The starter relay is disengaged when the en... Login to read more. ![]()
