'93 Mitz Eclipse-GS 2.0L non turbo. A/T, A/C, Ca. I was called for it dying @ idle. Found ISC Mtr. Dead, no 5v on TPS Circuit. Replaced motor, replaced PCM (not my choice) with junk yard unit.
