Cold start problem
I'm working on a 2000 Ford Explorer with 4.0, automatic trans. It seems to flood when cold and doesn't start until you remove the fuel pump relay and work with it, relay in and out until you hit the right combination. After it starts it will restart at the tou... Login to read more.
