Marc, it's hard to tell in the picture. You said it's like epoxy, but it looks like slime. I'd try using some Prestone Super Flush first, and then come behind it with some Cascade auto dishwasher detergent. That's always cleaned up my engines pretty nicely. Th... Login to read more.
