5" seems a bit low, but it shouldn't be bobbing around too much,IMO. Your compression tests yielded 145 or so,right? That's a bit low, as it should be 178 psi. I'd redo the compression test, a dry test with a verfied good tester, then do a wet test with a bit... Login to read more.
