Computer controlled alternator
We've had 2 Protege's lately with charging system problems. Both had bad alternators. However neither one had both square waves present on the wires from the ECM. There was only the 10v wave on the one yesterday. This points to the ECM and/or wiring being bad.... Login to read more.
