PCM won't comunicate, truck won't run

I hope someone has seen this before

2006 GMC 2500HD 6.0 VIN 1GHK29UX6E23617 Mileage: 19,364

This truck starts and dies immediately.

I tried to scan for codes, but no communications with PCM.
