I'm with Rusty. Had a Dodge years ago that another shop had done the head on and after the repair it had no spark/fuel. When I got it and hooked up the scanner the ASD engaged. Disconnect scanner and no ASD. The scanner was supplying the ground for the ECM. Ch... Login to read more.
