Thanks for the help. Finally got on toyotas website yesterday and there was no spec Tony said. Had an 03 come in and compared the voltages, the one circuit was fluctuating on the 03 also, but between 6 & 8 volts. Never dropped to 0 volts like the 2000 was doin... Login to read more.
