tech2 doesnt power up through dlc
When i plug the tech2 into the dlc ,the screen lights up very dimly and wont operate.I have checked it on 2 other later gm`s with success.I have measured voltage to pin 16 and pin 4 and 5 - it shows 12 volts .I dont have the external power source for my tech2 ... Login to read more.
