Looking at Alldata the PCM has 3 seperate VSS outputs; 1 goes to the cruise control (Dk Gr/Wh), 1 to the EBCM (Yel/Blk) and 1 to the IPC and the radio (Dk Gr). So as the other post suggested I would check the wire going to the radio. As for the pegged needle w... Login to read more.
