Hi Robert I would hook up the tech 2 and look at the ignition voltage A and B circuit I think. Make sure you ave 12 volts there. I have seen these pids drop down to 5 or 6 volts which causes a no crank. The ones I had were all bad ignition switches. Login to read more.
