Looking for any clue (I'll take your best guess) as to why I have this strange primary waveform on a 95 Dodge Neon, 2.0L SOHC A/T, roughly 50K clocked (guessin).

This is the 1-4 Coil Not good.

This is the 2-3 Coil Good.
