I'm Sure the IT guys at ALLDATA can help to resolve that. Everytime I have had a problem, they were quick to find a fix. Give them a call and time to fix it, doesnt sound like a huge job for those guys. I have ALLDATA on DVD and loaded on to the hard drive. Login to read more.
