Subaru surges at idle Just a MAF or more?

Thanks in advance for input on this.

The vehicle exhibits a surge at idle that is somewhat intermittent. It feels like a vacuum leak. I inspected for vac leaks by spraying it down and also blocking off the MAF tube used a smoke machine both did not identify ... Login to read more.
