Rob, I have had good luck by drilling the top off of the broken plug and then easyoutin" them. Recently broke one on a dodge pickup with 100k original plugs I think. Broke just below the hex. Got the porcelin out and use a 5/8 drill bit and plenty of grease to... Login to read more.
