Robert: Bearing usually only fail from lack of oil. it does not matter what kind of bearing it is, no oil=failed bearing. I would be looking for the problem with the lubrication system, either a clogged oil filter, a weak/bad oil pump, or bockage in the crank ... Login to read more.
