1997 Honda Civic idle drops when clutch depressed

I just put a used tranny in this 1997 Honda Civic Lx 5 spd 1.6 Not a Vtech

So This wasn't drivable before I put a tranny in it. Put a used tranny in it with a new clutch and a cheap aftermarket flywheel.
