I have a 2001 chevy silverado with an no start situation. 4.3l ....thi vehicle has spark and fuel timing is correct. will not comunicate with obd2. im stumped checked pcm and all test show good. any thought why it will not comunicate would be helpfull. thanks ... Login to read more.
