Very easy to fix, I just did a manifold bolt today and one yesterday.

The trick is to first weld on a washer to the broken stud. If the stud protrudes a little, use a 5/16" washer and weld that to the broken stud. Then weld on a 1/2"nut and it will come righ... Login to read more.
