ICP-V (voltage) should begin at .2V and continue to raise during a no-start to around 3V unless it's having a hard time building pressure. Sounds like you do have a ICP issue. If your ICP-V gets to 3V on a no-start, you have slow cranking, a tired engine, or p... Login to read more. ![]()
