Are you sure that's a 96 F150 with a 5.0? I looked in my MOD wiring diagrams and for that combination it shows the CKP as being in the distributor and no CMP sensor. Have you tested the ignition module? I like using a lab scope to test the various inputs and o... Login to read more.
