I would give them a tune-up price on the remaining boots (I hope you are using a dielectric grease on the boots) and Motorcraft ONLY spark plugs. It's a 50/50 chance it is the boot on the misfiring cylinder any how. It's worth mentioning to the customer... Login to read more.
