Loads up and backfires through exhaust
We have a 1990 Caddy that is intermittently loading up and backfiring hard enough to explode the muffler. It does not do this all the time. Sometimes it occurs at cold startup. Other times it happens after warming up. It happens with the muffler on and with it... Login to read more.
