I would definately swap a couple coils next. Just to throw a curve ball though, I did that to a Ford F150 with a 5.4 in it about a week ago, swapped #1 coil with #5 coil because of a misfire on #1, and it hasn't misfired since. I'd have to guess there was a ba... Login to read more.
