No fuel in regulator vacuum line, ever. Turn key on you get 48/49. Start engine and you get 48psi, rev engine up and pressure goes up then settles to 48psi.. Since were not at specs,I've done lots of these. I know something is amiss. I am s Smog tech so testin... Login to read more.
