Riddle me this Batman.. I have 3 2000 vintage GM vans w/ 6.5 diesels. The symtom is excessive cooling system pressure. At an idle the sytem pressure will run over 30 psi (at which point I stop the test). I automaticaly "assume", we have a blown head gasket, so... Login to read more.
