IIRC, there are some soft gaskets 'tween the inside fitting and the plastic tank. I recall fixing one by unscrewing both outter jam nuts and dropping the cooler into the tank enough to put (wiggle) another home-made gasket in place of the leaker. The radiator ... Login to read more.
