Wow...that stinks. Are you using an impact 6pt socket? (or does it need to be 12pt??) If you have to you can weld a nut on to the head of the bolt and then remove the bolt. The driling idea might work as well. Problem with warped heads is the bolts get streatc... Login to read more.
