I agree with the others on this one. I believe you have a balancer ring that has spun on the hub. I have ALSO had a few that have had the incorrectly marked balancer installed on 5.0 and 5.7 chevys. One balancer has the tdc mark at the 12:00 position and other... Login to read more.
