I agree with Rusty,looks like you have a breathing restriction ( exhaust side).

IF the backpressure is OK, THEN I'd be lookin @ the MAF for contamination.

RPM limit @ 3000 RPM would be a FILTHY MAF...IF the maf is the culprit, I suspect that it's constipat... Login to read more.
