93 LEXUS GS300 POOR MILEAGE

I have a Lexus GS300 with a complaint of poor mileage (13mpg).

O2 sensors are new Denso and can be artificially raised to over one volt, currently. VF voltage is at 5.0 volts with VF1 occasionally switching to 3.7 volts. No codes are present. Found fuel pres... Login to read more.
