Justin, Hi. Paul's advice was right on the money. The 'latest' design from Ford is a 'spring loaded, dual rod' setup that does not latch in to the lock ring at the bottom of the tank. The lock ring has to be removed in order to make the pump fit properly. This... Login to read more.
