Hi Tom ... Yes, that is the message on the scanner, but neither are OBD-II vehicles. The 95 Truck has a standard chrysler DLC. The Eagle has the blue connector under the car. I don't know if I am still experiencing the same problem you described though? ... th... Login to read more.
