I looked on MOD and need to know if fuse 28 is getting power with key in on or STart position. Fuse 28 gets power when the FP relay switches on. RP relay gets 12v+ from ign switch, and the PCM grounds the other coil side on the violet/white wire. I don't know... Login to read more.
